Alexandra Shipp

Alexandra Shipp is known for her role as the iconic mohawked superhero 'Storm' from Twentieth Century Fox's X-Men directed by Bryan Singer. Shipp is a teen version (originally as Halle Berry) of the character 'Storm. In order to take on the role of 'Storm', the actress is able to give it a unique spin. Some media outlets deemed Shipp the "breakout movie star" in the film. Shipp played the character of 'Storm' in the sequel X-Men: Dark Phoenix . Shipp as well as Nick Robinson co-starred in Fox 2000's coming-of-age story Love, Simon., which was based on "Simon Vs the Homo Sapien Agenda", an acclaimed Young Adult novel. She also played in Simon Kaijser's thriller about psychological issues Spinning Man based on the novel by George Harrar. She was a major character in the dramas like A Dog's Way home, Shaft and Jexi.
